On-Site Chat
Our on-site assistant (“Luminaria”) is designed to answer questions about luminariaHQ and help you find the right section of the site.
Chat messages are processed by OpenAI to generate a reply. Replies may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied on as professional advice.
If you prefer not to use AI processing, do not use the chat and contact us directly at hello@luminariahq.com.
Blog & Forums
Some blog posts may have an optional “forum” area (comments and reactions). If enabled, anything you submit there may be visible to the public.
- Do not post sensitive personal information (passwords, payment info, government IDs) or anything you do not want made public.
- Do not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or abusive content, or spam.
- You are responsible for your submissions and any consequences of posting them.
- We may remove comments or disable forums at any time, for any reason (including moderation, legal, or operational reasons).
